Position: Legal Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participate in drafting and reviewing papers, official dispatches, economic contracts, and legal dossiers related to consulting cases.
- Follow the lawyers' direction regarding legal matters related to the consulting projects.
- Attend meetings and draft relevant documents.
- Assist supervising lawyers in preparing legal dossiers, resolving disputes, and handling legal issues arising in economic transactions for clients.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks as required by the Firm's leaders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Male/Female, aged 25 and above;
- Bachelor degree in Law;
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years working in law practice organizations is an advantage;
- Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and research capabilities;
- Proficient in office software; fluent in listening, speaking, especially reading, writing and researching legal English.
- Honest, careful, and meticulous in work;
- Diligent, hardworking, quick, resourceful; with a progressive attitude in work;
- Having experience in handling work under pressure, working in teams, and willing to travel for work;
- Number: 02.
Work Location:
- 184/11 Dang Van Ngu, Ward 14, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Working hours: Regular business hours from Monday to the end of Saturday morning.
